- Account information: name, email address, business name, NAICS codes, and certifications you provide during signup.
- Billing information: payment details processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, opportunities viewed, and drafts generated.
- Past performance data: contract history you upload to improve AI proposal drafts.
- Communications: emails or messages you send us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- To match your business profile against government contract opportunities.
- To generate AI-powered proposal drafts using your past performance data.
- To send you opportunity alerts and deadline reminders (email and SMS, per your preferences).
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To send you product updates (you can opt out at any time).
4. AI and Data Processing
We use the Anthropic Claude API to generate opportunity relevance scores and proposal draft content. When processing your data through AI systems, we transmit only the minimum information necessary for the task. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. AI-generated outputs are stored in our database and associated with your account.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Anthropic — AI content generation (see Section 4).
- Resend — email delivery.
- Twilio — SMS notifications (Pro plan only).
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.
All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on all database tables, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- Request that we stop processing your data.
